Troy Clogg from Troy Clogg and Associates is one of the largest and most successful snow removal providers in North America. Troy shares his journey in how he got there and created a company culture like none other.

Troy R. Clogg, ASCA-C CGIP, CSP. Owner of Troy Clogg Landscape Associates, LLC, in Wixom, MI, started his company in 1985. Troy has more than 30 years of knowledge and experience of snow and ice management practices and is recognized as an industry expert.
Troy Clogg Landscape Associates is consistently recognized as one of the Top 100 Snow Contractors in North America.
Troy is passionate about business, education and giving back to the industry and communities that have contributed to his success.
In 2010 Troy and his wife Linda launched their own bagged deicer product “Hot Pink” with a mission to help families who’ve been financially devastated because of breast cancer and donate a portion of the proceeds to directly to Detroit area families.
Troy’s “empowerment” management style allows his team to make quality decisions, self-perform and raises up leaders. “This is especially meaningful to me because while landscaping and snow management is our passion; transforming lives is the purpose of our business”.
Troy is an active member on the ASCA Board.Additionally, he coaches and mentors other contractors, not only his own team members but also other business owners to “take it to the next level”, for the betterment of themselves and the industry.
