Uniting, Collaborating, and Giving Back With The Green Industry
The joy of landscaping is taking the space around you and beautifying it for others to enjoy. While all the energy and focus is given to the space, sometimes that creates hurdles to personally impact the community around you.
Throughout this episode of Landscape Disruptors, Jaime Waldron from Industry COLLECTIVE talks with Stanley "Dirt Monkey" Genadek about how she's engaging local landscaping companies with impacting their communities through mobile social initiatives. Grassroots initiatives like Industry COLLECTIVE show that even a little time devoted to giving back goes a long way to uplifting those around you.
About Jamie Waldron
Jamie Waldron is the Founder of Industry COLLECTIVE, a community-service initiative founded Green Industry Leaders from across the country. They have worked with leaders from 27 companies to host on-site service events at their locations. At the start of the summer, they packed more than 28,000 hygiene kits across 97 different locations across the country and we’re preparing to host events to pack backpacks full of education supplies now for students headed back to school next month. All of these supplies are distributed locally through non-profit organizations.
